    Andrea is a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapist Association. She has a Master of Science in Counselling and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Andrea is dedicated to supporting children, teens, parents, and individuals through life’s challenges. She provides a compassionate and non-judgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.

    Andrea works with children (3+) and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, low self-esteem, behavioral challenges, ADHD, school stress, and family transitions. She also offers parent support, equipping caregivers with tools to strengthen their connection with their child and navigate parenting challenges with confidence.

As a first generation immigrant, she recognizes the unique experiences that come with cultural identity, intergenerational dynamics, and systemic stressors, creating a space where clients feel valued and understood.
